Church Development and Revitalization
A reproducible, prayerful pathway for evangelism, retention, discipleship, leadership development, and healthy multiplication.
Growth Is More Than Attendance
Our mission is Win Souls, Keep Souls, Train Souls to Win Souls! We want spiritually healthy churches that preach Christ, welcome people, nurture believers, serve their neighbors, and prepare leaders. No two congregations share the same size or circumstances; each church’s strategy begins with its pastoral vision and real community.
Three Distinct Ministry Outcomes
1. Win Souls
Teach members to share the Gospel, pray for neighbors, serve communities, make invitations, and offer clear opportunities to respond to Jesus Christ. Track outreach relationships and meaningful spiritual conversations, not just clicks.
2. Keep Souls
Establish sincere hospitality, permission-based follow-up, new-believer classes, pastoral care, appropriate safeguarding, and paths toward belonging. Review the first 30, 60, and 90 days of each newcomer’s experience.
3. Train Souls to Win Souls
Provide Scripture, holiness, prayer, stewardship, leadership mentoring, and supervised ministry practice. Equip faithful believers to serve and disciple others in turn.
A 90-Day Congregational Health Plan
Days 1–30: Listen & Assess
Pray, hear the pastor’s goals, review visitor care, discipleship, worship, safeguarding, communications, stewardship, and outreach. Select three achievable priorities.
Days 31–60: Launch & Learn
Train greeters and teachers; run a well-planned community initiative; start a simple follow-up pathway and a new-believer teaching track. Honor contact consent and opt-outs.
Days 61–90: Review & Improve
Review outcomes and member feedback; identify new leaders; acknowledge strengths and gaps; establish the next 90-day plan in cooperation with church leadership.
Church Health Dashboard
Monthly indicators may include Gospel conversations, first-time guests, voluntary follow-up participation, new-believer progress, attendance trends, volunteer training, safeguarding completion, community engagement, benevolence needs, financial stewardship, and pastor support. Measure each congregation against its own baseline, never against another church’s size.
District Support and Accountability
The proposed district model includes quarterly pastoral roundtables, shared curriculum, peer mentoring, technology support, ministry resource templates, and optional revitalization consultations. These are proposed programs to develop and approve; they are not claims that every service is currently staffed or operational.
